Arctic Paper Reappoints Management Board for New Term

Arctic Paper announced that its Supervisory Board has appointed the company’s Management Board for a new term of office.

Under the decision, Michał Jarczyński will continue as President of the Management Board. He has held the position since February 2019.

The renewed Management Board also includes Katarzyna Wojtkowiak and Fabian Langenskiöld as members of the board.

According to the company, the appointments are effective for the next joint term of office in line with the company’s corporate governance procedures.
