Brigl & Bergmeister Announces Label Paper Price Hike from April

Brigl & Bergmeister plans to raise prices across its entire product portfolio for the second quarter of 2026.

The company demands a surcharge of 60 €/t for deliveries starting April 1. Affected products include wet-strength and non-wet-strength label papers, as well as flexible packaging and specialty papers.

Brigl & Bergmeister cites significantly increased raw material costs and high energy costs as reasons for the price adjustment.
