Bw Packaging Launches Hayssen X850 Multi-Jaw Flow Wrapper For High-Speed Cheese Packaging

BW Packaging has introduced the Hayssen X850, a next-generation multi-jaw flow wrapper engineered for cheese and other food products that demand high seal integrity at high speeds. Building on the long-running Hayssen RT platform, the X850 cycles up to 300 packs per minute with more than one second of dwell time, and can automatically detect and clear product jams without stopping production, significantly reducing downtime on busy cheese lines. A refined film unwind and tracking system simplifies film loading and fine-tuning, while servo jaw control minimizes wear and maintenance for operators. The X850 combines a stainless steel IP66 washdown-ready frame, hygienic sloped surfaces and independent temperature control to handle various zippers and films, including recyclable materials, supporting modern food safety and sustainability expectations. Smart features such as RFID login and OpView HMI further streamline operation for a wide range of plant personnel.​
