Cardbox Packaging Installs Duopress 106 FCSB to Enhance Premium Folding Carton Production

Cardbox Packaging has strengthened its production capabilities with the installation of a new Duopress 106 FCSB at its converting facility in Wolfsberg, Austria. The advanced post-press system, supplied by MK Masterwork, has been added to the company’s converting hall to support the production of high-quality folding carton packaging.

The Duopress 106 FCSB integrates multiple finishing processes—including hot foil stamping, die-cutting, stripping, and blanking—within a single production pass, enabling more efficient and precise manufacturing of premium packaging products.

By combining these operations into one streamlined workflow, the new machine enhances productivity and consistency while reducing manual handling in the finishing stage. The technology is designed to support demanding packaging applications across sectors such as cosmetics, confectionery, tobacco, and luxury goods, where high-quality visual presentation is essential.
