The District Court appointed Dr. Dirk Pehl of Schultze & Braun as insolvency administrator, following the company's September filing aimed at restructuring and ensuring business continuity. Production at its single site continues unabated, supporting around 160 employees serving fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) customers.

The liquidity crisis stems from a challenging economic environment and sharp rises in material and energy costs, which strained operations despite ongoing full production.
