Clean Nara and Lotte Global Logistics Sign Agreement for Eco-Friendly Packaging Solutions

Clean Nara announced on January 20 that it has entered a business agreement with Lotte Global Logistics aimed at developing eco-friendly packaging and integrated logistics solutions. The companies identified joint development of sustainable logistics packaging as a primary collaboration area. Clean Nara will create eco-friendly packaging materials tailored for Lotte Global Logistics, while the logistics firm supplies performance criteria, packaging concepts, and automation solutions suited to operational sites. Resulting solutions will be protected under joint patents, with efforts to market them for broader adoption. Beyond development, Clean Nara will build a resource circulation system using corrugated cardboard waste from Lotte Global Logistics centers, recycling and reprocessing it for supply to the firm's customers and suppliers. Clean Nara also intends to adopt Lotte Global Logistics' automation systems, parcel delivery platforms, and integrated fulfillment operations to enhance its competitiveness. An official from Clean Nara stated, "Through cooperation with Lotte Global Logistics, we will gradually advance the packaging and logistics model linked to fulfillment services, continue to improve effectively in overall packaging and logistics, and strengthen logistics service quality and operational competitiveness."
