Constantia Pirk has completed the ISCC PLUS certification process, marking a step forward in expanding its portfolio of sustainable packaging solutions.
The certification establishes the foundation for the plant to offer customers primary packaging containing ISCC PLUS-certified raw materials. It confirms that the site meets the requirements for the traceability of sustainable raw materials throughout the supply chain, supporting greater transparency and responsible sourcing.
The achievement aligns with Constantia Flexibles' broader sustainability strategy and its efforts to develop packaging solutions that contribute to a more resource-efficient packaging industry.
According to the company, the certification process was completed through collaboration across multiple departments within Constantia Pirk. The company also highlighted the contribution of colleagues from other Constantia Flexibles sites, whose knowledge sharing, guidance, and support helped facilitate the certification process.
