Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF) has acquired Telemark Diversified Graphics, a thermal paper products manufacturer based in Sturgis, Michigan, expanding its thermal paper capabilities and broadening its product portfolio for distributors serving financial institutions, retailers and other businesses.

Telemark sells its products through distributors, following a distribution model similar to Ennis. The company serves several markets, including banking, gaming, food distribution, law enforcement and parking management.

Its product portfolio supports a range of transaction and operational applications, including ATM and retail receipts, parking tickets and mobile printing.

Keith Walters, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ennis, said Telemark's experience in thermal paper products and its distributor-focused business model made it a suitable addition to the company.

According to Walters, the acquisition complements Ennis' existing manufacturing capabilities and expands the range of products available through its distributor network.

Walters also welcomed Telemark's employees and customers to Ennis following the acquisition.
