EOS Corrugated Group Acquires Stake in Stafford Corrugated Products to Expand U.S. Presence

EOS Corrugated Group has acquired a significant ownership stake in Stafford Corrugated Products, a distributor of technical consumables for the corrugated packaging industry in the United States, as part of a strategy to strengthen its presence in the North American market.

Founded in 1987 and based in North Carolina, Stafford Corrugated Products supplies products and technical support to corrugated box manufacturers across the United States. The company has established a position in the market through its focus on technical expertise, customer service, and industry-specific consumables.

The transaction builds on a long-standing relationship between Stafford Corrugated Products and Rodicut, the founding company of EOS Corrugated Group. The partnership dates back to 2004 and was further formalized through an exclusive supply agreement signed in 2019.

According to the companies, growth in the relationship has been supported by the adoption of Rodicut’s green anvil cover technology, which was developed to simplify the installation and rotation process for rotary die-cutter anvil covers and became widely used among corrugated box manufacturers in the United States.

EOS said the investment will enhance its distribution network, logistics capabilities, and commercial coordination across its portfolio in North America. As part of the expanded partnership, Stafford Corrugated Products will become the sole importer and distributor of the group’s polyurethane product range in the United States, including Rodicut and Policart anvil covers.

Policart products will continue to be supported through a nationwide network of sales representatives and distribution partners, including Dieco G2, another EOS Corrugated Group company. Dieco G2 will remain responsible for serving customers in the Lower Midwest and Central regions of the United States.

The companies stated that despite the closer collaboration, Stafford Corrugated Products and Policart will continue to operate as independent businesses. The arrangement is intended to preserve each company’s entrepreneurial culture, market focus, and established customer relationships while creating additional value through operational and commercial cooperation.
