FOLBB Group Cancels Planned Restart of Eerbeek Mill

FOLBB Group has cancelled the planned restart of its Eerbeek mill, suspending all activities at the site with immediate effect.

The company announced the decision in a statement, saying further information would be shared when available.

“We regret to announce that the planned restart of the Eerbeek mill has been cancelled,” FOLBB Group said. “As a result, all activities at the Eerbeek site have been suspended with immediate effect.”

Meanwhile, the situation at FOLBB Group’s Baiersbronn mill remains unresolved. The trustees are continuing their work to assess the possibilities for a potential future of the site, the company said.

“At this stage, no further information is available,” the statement added.

FOLBB Group said it recognizes the uncertainty and impact the situation creates for employees, customers, suppliers and business partners. The company said it would provide further updates when there is greater clarity regarding the future of the sites.
