Fosber has completed the acquisition of Quantum Corrugated, taking full ownership of the company’s share capital and strengthening its position in the specialized corrugator segment.
Quantum Corrugated became part of the Fosber Group in 2020, when Fosber acquired a majority stake in the business previously operated as BP Agnati. The company carries forward the industrial legacy of Agnati, an Italian manufacturer with roots dating back to the 1930s and a long history in the development of corrugated board production technology.
According to the company, the transaction supports Fosber’s long-term growth strategy and expands its capabilities in high-performance corrugator systems. Since joining the group, Quantum Corrugated has contributed technological expertise, patents, and specialized solutions related to the Quantum corrugator platform, which is designed for high-quality board and printing applications.
Fosber said the acquisition further consolidates its portfolio in the corrugated machinery sector and strengthens its ability to address increasingly advanced production requirements in global markets.
The company added that the operation reflects its broader strategy of combining industrial know-how, technological innovation, and international reach to deliver integrated and flexible solutions for corrugated board manufacturers worldwide.
Quantum Corrugated was established following Fosber’s initial investment in Agnati in 2020. The company has focused on corrugator technologies aimed at improving board flatness, print quality, energy efficiency, and production flexibility.
