Golden Phoenix, Hubei Rongcheng, Jiangsu Jintian and Other Chinese Paper Producers Raise Packaging Paper Prices

Several Chinese paper manufacturers, including Golden Phoenix Paper Industry, Hubei Rongcheng Regenerative Technology, and Jiangsu Jintian Paper Industry, have announced price increases for packaging paper products following recent pricing adjustments implemented by Nine Dragons Paper across its production bases.

According to company notices issued after the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, the latest round of increases affects products including corrugated paper, linerboard, packaging paper, and yarn tube paper. The announced adjustments range from 50 yuan to 80 yuan per metric ton.

Golden Phoenix Paper Industry stated that it will increase prices for all basis weights by 80 yuan per ton effective June 23, 2026.

Hubei Rongcheng Regenerative Technology announced a 50 yuan per ton increase on all paper products beginning June 25, 2026.

Henan Yadu Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. implemented a 50 yuan per ton increase for all corrugated paper and linerboard products effective June 22, 2026.

Jiangsu Jintian Paper Industry said prices for its Jinbo-brand environmentally friendly kraft paper and Jinbo-brand high-strength corrugated paper would rise by 50 yuan per ton from June 23, 2026.

Shandong Renfeng Special Materials Co., Ltd. also announced a 50 yuan per ton increase for all corrugated paper grades beginning June 23, 2026.

In addition, Wuzhou Special Paper stated that prices for its Baixi packaging paper and Baixi yarn tube paper products will increase by 50 yuan per ton effective June 25, 2026.

The announcements follow coordinated pricing adjustments by Nine Dragons Paper across its ten major production bases in China last week, signaling broader pricing movements within the country's packaging paper sector.
