Japan Pulp & Paper Company Limited's U.S. subsidiary, Gould Paper Corporation (OVOL USA), completed the 100% acquisition of Shippers Resource Center Inc. (SRC) on December 31, 2025. Headquartered in Burnsville, Minnesota, SRC specializes in logistics software development, custom system sales, and transportation outsourcing. The deal bolsters OVOL USA's integrated services from paper wholesale to logistics.​

SRC's flagship ShippersEdge software integrates with external carriers and client ERP systems, driving cost reductions and operational efficiencies. OVOL USA had already adopted ShippersEdge internally; this acquisition expands sales to SRC's existing clients and adds transportation services, aiming for deeper customer ties and business growth.​
