Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK), a global sustainable consumer packaging leader, announced on December 8, 2025, that Robbert Rietbroek will become President and CEO, and join the board, effective January 1, 2026. He succeeds Michael P. Doss, who has led the company since 2016 and will step down December 31, 2025, after transforming Graphic Packaging into an industry leader with expansions in the U.S. and Europe, the Waco, Texas facility, and Vision 2030 goals.

Rietbroek brings over 25 years of CPG leadership, including CEO roles at Primo Brands Corporation and Primo Water, where he drove growth, mergers like with BlueTriton Brands, and sustainability honors. His prior positions at PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark (overseeing the Millicent Mill paper tissue facility), and Procter & Gamble span North America, Europe, South America, and Australia, with expertise in operations, innovation, and three packaging patents. Philip R. Martens, Board Chairman, praised Rietbroek's value creation for organic growth and cash flow, while Doss highlighted the strong foundation for Vision 2030. Rietbroek expressed excitement to advance sustainable solutions and stakeholder value. This transition coincides with updated 2025 guidance and 2026 free cash flow confidence.
