Grupo La Plana Invests €14 Million in High-Rack Storage Facility

Grupo La Plana, a leading Spanish corrugated packaging producer, announced a €14 million investment in a new high-rack storage facility to enhance logistics efficiency and production capacity. The expansion supports growing demand for customized packaging solutions across food, beverage, and industrial sectors.

Located at its primary manufacturing site, the automated high-bay warehouse features advanced racking systems capable of handling increased volumes of raw materials and finished goods. Implementation reduces lead times and optimizes inventory management through real-time tracking.

The project aligns with the company's strategy of continuous facility modernization, building on prior expansions in Onda and Betxí plants. Daily output exceeds two million boxes, serving clients throughout Spain, Portugal, and the Mediterranean region.
