Inovar Packaging Group Acquires Kiliper Corporation

Inovar Packaging Group, LLC, a provider of innovative and sustainable label printing and packaging solutions, acquired Kiliper Corporation, a producer of stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels, and printed film solutions. The acquisition broadens Inovar’s product capabilities and expands its Midwest footprint. Kiliper, a second-generation family-owned wide-web printing and converting business, specializes in stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels, polybags, and printed films. It serves short-to-medium-run customers across food and beverage, household chemical, pet food, industrial, and janitorial sectors with flexo printing and high-quality value-add solutions. Jeff Brezek, Inovar CEO, stated the move pursues strategic acquisitions aligning with company values to enhance technical capabilities and customer solutions. Kiliper owners Tom Kiliper and Lindsay Maysent will remain as Co-Presidents. They noted the partnership builds on customer relationships and investments for broader offerings. Headquartered in Dallas with 14 U.S. locations, Inovar focuses on prime labels, shrink sleeves, and extended content. Founded in 1994, Kiliper delivers reliable flexible packaging through technology investments.
