IPP Packaging Materials acquires Premium Paper & Marketing BV and Benelux Paper Agencies Antwerpen

IPP Packaging Materials has acquired Premium Paper & Marketing BV and Benelux Paper Agencies Antwerpen (BPA), expanding its portfolio of packaging and graphic paper products in Western Europe.

The acquisition brings together three companies active in the paper and packaging sector. According to IPP Packaging Materials, the transaction strengthens its offering in packaging papers and graphic papers while adding the expertise of the teams from the acquired businesses.

As part of the acquisition, employees including Ann Van Gaal, Max Peters and Melinda Peters will join IPP Packaging Materials.

The company said the expanded organization will enable it to provide customers across Western Europe with a broader product portfolio, greater supply continuity and increased specialist knowledge.

IPP Packaging Materials did not disclose the financial terms of the acquisition or provide additional details on the integration timeline.
