Irina Bulgakova Appointed CEO of Gotek Group Management Company

Moscow, Russia – Gotek Group has appointed Irina Bulgakova as Chief Executive Officer of its management company following a unanimous decision by the Board of Directors on March 30, 2026. She officially assumed the role on April 1.

The appointment comes as the company enters a new phase of strategic development focused on transforming its corporate culture and management practices.

Bulgakova has been with the Gotek Group since 1991, building a long-standing career within the organization. She began in engineering and economics roles and progressed through a series of leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Deputy General Director for Human Resources.

During her tenure, Bulgakova led several key functions, including the cost control department, business administration service, Gotek-CPU LLC, and the company’s human resources division. Her experience spans operational management and organizational development.

According to the company, Bulgakova’s in-depth knowledge of internal processes and longstanding involvement in the business are expected to support continuity in strategic management and contribute to sustained development.

She has received multiple state and corporate recognitions, including a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, along with regional and municipal awards.
