Jardin Corrugated has announced the relocation of its operations to a new 140,000-square-foot manufacturing facility as part of its long-term growth strategy.
The new site, located less than five minutes from the company's previous premises on the same business park, has been under development since January. According to the company, the move supports its ongoing business expansion and its five-year growth plan.
The facility was designed to optimize manufacturing operations, with the company reconfiguring its production layout to improve process flow and operational efficiency. In addition to the manufacturing space, the site includes new employee facilities, a reception area, open-plan office space, meeting rooms, and capacity for future expansion.
As part of the relocation, all existing production equipment was transferred to the new facility. The company also installed a new Eterna flat-bed die cutter and new material handling systems intended to improve the movement of raw materials and work-in-progress throughout the factory.
Bob Kozculab, Managing Director of Jardin Corrugated, said maintaining customer service during the transition while relocating operations had been a significant undertaking and credited the company's employees for completing the move.
The business has been operating across both locations during the transition period. The company said June 30, 2026, will mark its final day at the original site, which has served as its manufacturing base since the late 1940s.
Jardin Corrugated said additional information on the operational improvements resulting from the relocation and their expected benefits for customers will be shared at a later date.
