Jiangxi Dengfengtai New Materials Announces Pre-Approval EIA Notice for 300,000 TPA Project

The Taihe County People’s Government has issued a pre-approval public notice for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of Jiangxi Dengfengtai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.’s 300,000 tons per year new materials project.

The project will be developed in Taihe High-tech Industrial Park, Jiangxi Province, located on the south side of Central Avenue and east of National Highway 105 in the Wentian Area.

Planned as a new construction project, the development will be implemented in two phases. Phase I will cover approximately 125 mu and include the production of 100,000 tons of corrugated paper and 100,000 tons of kraft paper annually. Phase II will cover approximately 84 mu and will add an additional 100,000 tons per year of kraft paper (specialty paper).

Upon completion of both phases, the project will achieve a total annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of waste paper-based papermaking products.

The initiative reflects continued investment in recycled fiber-based production capacity and aligns with broader industry trends toward sustainable and resource-efficient manufacturing.
