Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Industry Co., Ltd. held its 2026 mid-level cadre appointment and production and operation plan issuance meeting on the afternoon of December 31 in Conference Room 207. More than 100 attendees included Chairman Zhu Zailong, Vice Chairman Ge Haihua, General Manager Wang Zhiming, and other senior leaders alongside mid-level managers, with Vice General Manager Sheng Xiaoying presiding over the session.

Vice Chairman Ge Haihua announced the division of responsibilities for senior management and 2026 appointments for middle management personnel to reinforce the responsibility system and support steady company development. General Manager Wang Zhiming presented the 2026 production and operation targets, providing strategic direction while promoting quality and efficiency improvements across the entire production chain.

Chairman Zhu Zailong delivered key instructions addressing the complex international and domestic economic environment, including declining product prices, intense market competition, and rising operational pressures. He emphasized that crises present opportunities and highlighted innovation in management, technology, and talent as core drivers of enterprise development. Zhu stressed implementing digital management systems, increasing R&D investment for cost reduction and green technologies, and enhancing talent training and incentives.

The chairman outlined cost reduction and revenue generation strategies, urging sales expansion, high-value product development, and strict cost control across procurement, production, and operations.
