Recently, the construction of the 280,000-ton specialty paper project of Jintong Paper (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is progressing efficiently according to plan. At present, the two main plant buildings have been completed and the on-site construction is proceeding in an orderly manner. The project construction will not stop during the Spring Festival and will make every effort to ensure that it will be put into production as scheduled in mid-April.

  This project is a key undertaking for the company's high-end transformation, focusing on thermal paper products, which are widely used in logistics, commerce, finance, medical and other fields. After production begins, it will further enhance the company's competitiveness in the high-end specialty paper market and help it seize market share in the high-end market. The project adopts a phased construction model. The first phase focuses on releasing the production capacity of thermal paper base paper, and the second phase plans to develop multifunctional environmentally friendly base paper. The overall layout is in line with market demand and the direction of industrial upgrading.

  Since construction began, the project team has been closely monitoring key milestones and working backwards from deadlines to steadily advance equipment installation and supporting infrastructure construction. The overall progress is currently in line with expectations. Su Hua, Director of the New Project Construction Department at Jintong Paper, stated that the company will coordinate construction resources and material support, strictly control quality and safety, and ensure timely production and efficiency.

  Since 2019, Jintong Paper has continuously promoted the extension and transformation and upgrading of its industrial chain, successively building a number of high-end production lines, including a 240,000-ton A4 electrostatic copying paper processing line, a 100,000-ton thermal paper production line, and a 300,000-ton specialty paper production line, continuously expanding its high-end paper production capacity. The commissioning of this 280,000-ton specialty paper project will further improve the company's industrial layout, enhance product added value and overall competitiveness, and inject new momentum into the company's high-quality development.
