Kadant Declares Cash Dividend

WESTFORD, Mass., March 11, 2026 -- Kadant Inc. (NYSE: KAI) announced today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to stockholders to $0.36 per share to be paid on May 13, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 15, 2026. Future declarations of dividends are subject to Board approval and may be adjusted as business needs or market conditions change.
