Klabin Gathers Sales Team at Piracicaba II for 2026 Strategy Alignment

Klabin recently held a meeting with its Packaging Sales team at the newly opened Piracicaba II Unit. The objective of the meeting was to acknowledge the achievements made in 2025, evaluate the results obtained, and align the planning for the next cycle, focusing on 2026.

During the event, topics related to operational efficiency and opportunities for improvement were discussed. The program included the participation of the company's CEO, Cristiano C. Teixeira, who presented an analysis of the pulp, paper, and packaging market. Client representatives were also present, including Gabriel Silano from Ambev and Pedro Luis Flores from Ypê, who participated in a panel dedicated to commercial efficiency in customer relations, as well as highlighting trends and challenges in the sector.

The meeting also included a presentation by Rafael Barišauskas, from Fastmarkets Forest Products, who shared insights on the paper and packaging landscape in Brazil and the international market. Participants also attended a session focused on the history of Klabin and the theme of entrepreneurship, led by José Felipe Pedras Carneiro, founder of Cervejaria Wäls.

According to the company, the two days of activities reinforced the role of the sales team and the relevance of their deliverables to the business results. Klabin stated that it remains focused on preparing for 2026, maintaining energy and focus to further strengthen its operations.
