Kleannara has announced a broad 2026 executive reshuffle focused on business structure innovation and acceleration of new growth initiatives, ahead of the company’s 60th anniversary. EVP Lee Dong-ryeol has been appointed sole CEO, reinforcing a responsibility-centered management system based on his expertise in finance, management control and organizational restructuring. Under Business Division Head SVP Choi Jeong-gyu, key leadership roles have been reorganized: in the HL (B2C) division, marketing head Ha Bo-young becomes division chief to strengthen brand- and consumer insight–driven strategies and digital marketing, while in the PS (B2B) division, external hire SVP Jeon Seong-gu, an MRO specialist, will expand the packaging solutions and B2B platform. The management division will be led by EVP Choi Seong, focusing on financial stability and resource efficiency, while the Future Strategy Office under SVP Park Kyung-hwan integrates strategy, HR and asset management. Technology Innovation Center head Han Ki-young is promoted to SVP to support future technology–based business expansion, and Cheongju mill head SVP Kang Hee-jin remains in post to drive process stability and productivity. Kleannara highlights four key directions: strengthening HL brand marketing, converting PS into a packaging solutions platform, building an independent structure for food and industrial special sales, and expanding new businesses in resource circulation, environment, energy, power and carbon neutrality.
