Koehler Paper has announced a global price increase of approximately 10% for its label, thermal, and POS (point-of-sale) paper grades, effective for deliveries starting 1 April 2026.
Details
The price adjustment will apply globally across multiple thermal paper applications, including labels, receipts, and POS systems.
The increase is scheduled to take effect from April 1, 2026, depending on delivery schedules and contractual agreements with customers.
According to the company, the decision is driven by rising costs for raw materials, logistics, and distribution, which continue to put pressure on production expenses.
Koehler Paper stated that the price adjustment is necessary to maintain stable supply and continued availability of its thermal paper portfolio, including phenol-free, developer-free, and BPA-free products.
