Lecta has completed a corporate restructuring and recapitalization process, creating a new organizational structure centered on independent companies focused on specific market segments.

The company said the reorganization separates its operations into businesses aligned with specialty papers, fine papers, distribution, and self-adhesive materials. According to Lecta, the restructuring has been carried out in parallel with a recapitalization process designed to strengthen the financial position of each entity.

Lecta stated that the combination of the new structure and recapitalization provides opportunities for future development and investment tailored to the requirements of each business segment. The company said the changes are intended to enhance specialization, responsiveness, and long-term reliability for customers.

As part of the transition, Lecta will launch new websites on July 1 for Torraspapel, which focuses on specialty papers, Cartiere del Garda, which serves the fine papers market, and Adestor Self-Adhesives. The company said the new digital platforms are intended to provide access to its range of paper solutions and support closer engagement with customers.

Despite the structural changes, Lecta said its core focus remains unchanged, including its commitment to product quality, industry expertise, and long-term customer relationships.

The company also announced that new LinkedIn profiles and online platforms for the newly established businesses will be introduced in the coming weeks. Lecta said customers will be able to connect directly with the companies that best match their business requirements as the transition progresses.
