Lithosan Basım Yayım Ambalaj Boosts Production with Second MK Masterwork Diana Smart Braille Folder Gluer

Heidelberg Türkiye has confirmed that Lithosan Basım Yayım Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş., has further strengthened its production line by investing in its second MK Masterwork Diana Smart Braille folder gluer machine.

The installation of the new machine began with the expertise of Heidelberg Türkiye’s technical teams. This choice is a strong demonstration of Lithosan’s technological vision and automation-focused production approach.

The Diana Smart Braille unit offers a production speed of 350 m per min with the highest production quality. The new line will offer consistent quality, precision, and compliance with international standards for Braille applications on pharmaceutical and cosmetics packaging. Heidelberg says that up to 50% more productivity can be achieved compared to manual packing, thanks to Diana Easypacker equipment.
