Marbach reflects on a dynamic 2025 marked by global trade shows, product launches, strategic initiatives, and sustainability progress. The company deepened customer engagement through its inaugural Performance Summit. Packaging sector challenges like precision, efficiency, cost control, and sustainability drive Marbach's innovations, partnerships, and advanced processes.

Marbach participated in events such as IADD Odyssey Expo in Atlanta, Amplify Print in Chicago, Foam Expo in Novi, FEFCO Technical Seminar in Rome, DieTechExpo in Prague, and Prod&Pack in Lyon. The Heilbronn Performance Summit offered production tours, die-cutting demos, and AI presentations for modern production.

Sustainability highlights included renewed EcoVadis Silver certification, top EcoScouts award for trainees, and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) membership, emphasizing climate and resource efficiency.

International expansion featured Marbach America acquiring Tru-Fit Steel Rule Die in Wisconsin and Troqueles Marbach de México shifting to full production in new December 2025 facilities.

Technological advances encompassed MTS-SQS magnetic transfer system from STAMP Systems Europe for easier male embossing die transfers. For corrugated board, digital zone levelling DZL|foil adjusts height tolerances on large-format machines. Corrugated Performance System (CPS) for flat dies and CPS-R for rotary dies deliver stability and efficiency via standardized components. CONNECT|M provides data transparency for process optimization ​.
