Microfab Industries Announces 200 TPD Kraft Fluting Mill in Kashmir

Microfab Industries announced a forthcoming 200 tonnes-per-day state-of-the-art kraft fluting and liner project in Khrew, Kashmir. This 100% recycled-based paper mill marks one of the region's first major industrial facilities, signalling new development in Kashmir's valley. The project produces kraft fluting and test liner using sustainable recycled fibre, incorporating modern stock preparation and energy-efficient systems designed for consistency, strength, and high burst factor performance. The mill advances recycled paper manufacturing with contemporary technology, supporting environmental responsibility while generating industrial capacity in Kashmir. Modern systems optimise fibre recovery and energy consumption, meeting quality standards for corrugated packaging applications.
