N R Agarwal Industries Advances Unit VI Multilayer Board Plant Project In Gujarat

N R Agarwal Industries Limited has taken a significant step toward establishing its new Multilayer Board Plant (Unit VI) by initiating land acquisition at Dahej, Gujarat, marking tangible progress in its expansion strategy. The company plans to acquire approximately 145 acres of land for the project, with the purchase structured in multiple tranches to support a phased development approach and investment outlay. As part of this process, the first tranche of sale deeds was successfully executed on December 19, 2025, underscoring the project’s movement from planning to implementation and signaling future capacity addition in the Indian paperboard segment. The new multilayer board unit at Dahej is expected to enhance N R Agarwal’s presence in the packaging board market once operational, supporting downstream demand from FMCG, pharma, and consumer goods sectors, while also strengthening the company’s regional footprint in western India.​
