The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. announced that on February 4, 2026, it received notification of the Nasdaq Stockholm Disciplinary Committee's decision to impose a contractual penalty of SEK 780,000 on the company.
The penalty stems from improper publication of the company's current report no. 25/2024 dated December 27, 2024, supplemented by current report no. 02/2025 dated January 24, 2025.
The Disciplinary Committee determined these reports violated rules under the listing agreement with Nasdaq Stockholm AB.
This contractual penalty addresses breaches of agreed conduct rules for issuers on Nasdaq Stockholm's market.
The decision does not preclude further actions by Swedish supervisory authorities if they deem the penalty insufficient.
