Nine Dragons Paper (Leshan) 60,000-Ton Specialty Paper Project to Begin Trial Production at the End of June

Nine Dragons Paper's Southwest market involves 500 million yuan investment. It uses existing plant facilities like water and sewage stations to build new feeding, physical pulping, papermaking workshops, and finished goods warehouse. A 4,860mm-wide long-wire multi-cylinder papermaking machine will be installed.​

Civil construction exceeds 50% completion, with equipment teams on site for installation. All installations target end-June finish for trial production, said Fu Xiaolin, Party Secretary and Assistant General Manager. Post-completion, it adds 60,000 tons annual specialty paper capacity: 30,000 tons electrical paper and 30,000 tons fruit bag paper. This generates 500-600 million yuan added sales revenue yearly and about 50 million yuan in profits and taxes.​
