Nine Dragons' Ten Bases all Issued Price Increase Notices

　On May 20, Nine Dragons Group's ten major production bases in Dongguan, Taicang, Quanzhou, Chongqing, Leshan, Tianjin, Hebei, Hubei, Beihai, and Shenyang simultaneously issued price increase notices, covering major packaging paper types such as corrugated paper and various types of kraft paper.

　　Among them, Nine Dragons Taicang and Quanzhou raised prices as early as May 22, while other bases raised prices in batches at the end of May and the beginning of June, leaving some buffer and response time for downstream customers.

　　• Nine Dragons Hubei Base

　　1. Effective May 28, 2026, the price of recycled bovine carbide at the Hubei base will be increased by RMB 50 per ton.

　　2. Effective June 1, 2026, the price of Hailong premium series Niucarb and Dilong premium V Niucarb from the Hubei base will be increased by RMB 50/ton.

　　3. Effective June 3, 2026, the price of Dilong Niuka from the Hubei base will be increased by RMB 50 per ton.

　　• Nine Dragons Shenyang Base

　　1. Effective May 30, 2026, the prices of Dilong Niuka, Dilong Premium Niuka, and Dilong Premium V Niuka at the Shenyang base will be increased by RMB 50 per ton.

　　2. Effective June 1, 2026, the price of corrugated paper at the Shenyang base will be increased by RMB 50 per ton.

　　3. Effective June 3, 2026, the price of recycled bovine carbide at the Shenyang base will be increased by RMB 50 per ton.

　　• Jiulong Quanzhou Base

　　1. Effective May 22, 2026, the price of corrugated paper at the Quanzhou base will be increased by RMB 50 per ton.

　　2. Effective May 25, 2026, the price of recycled bovine carbide at the Quanzhou base will be increased by RMB 50 per ton.

　　3. Effective May 27, 2026, the price of Longniuka carbs from the Quanzhou base will be increased by RMB 50 per ton.

　　• Nine Dragons Tianjin and Hebei bases

　　1. Starting from May 30, 2026, the prices of Dilong Niuka, Dilong Premium Niuka, and Dilong Premium V Niuka at the Tianjin and Hebei bases will be increased by 50 yuan/ton.

　　2. Starting from June 1, 2026, the price of recycled bovine carbide at the Tianjin and Hebei bases will be increased by 50 yuan/ton.

　　3. Starting from June 3, 2026, the price of corrugated paper at the Tianjin and Hebei bases will be increased by 50 yuan/ton.

　　• Nine Dragons Dongguan Base

　　1. Effective May 27, 2026, the prices of white-faced kraft paper, coated kraft paper, recycled kraft paper, and corrugated paper at the Dongguan base will be increased by RMB/HKD 50/ton (USD 7/ton).

　　2. Effective June 1, 2026, the prices of Jiulong Niuka (Special), Jiulong Niuka, Hailong Premium V Niuka, Hailong Niuka, Dilong Premium V Niuka, and Dilong Niuka at the Dongguan base will be increased by RMB/HKD 50/ton (USD 7/ton).

　　• Jiulong Taicang Base

　　1. Effective May 22, 2026, the price of recycled kraft/corrugated paper from Dilong at the Taicang base will be increased by RMB 50/ton, and the price of recycled kraft paper from Jianglong will be increased by RMB 80/ton.

　　2. Starting May 25, 2026, the price of premium Dilong Niuka and Dilong Niuka from the Taicang base will be increased by RMB 50 per ton.

　　• Nine Dragons Chongqing and Leshan bases

　　1. Starting from June 1, 2026, the price of Jianglong Niuka and Jianglong Regenerated Niuka from the Chongqing base will be increased by 50 yuan/ton.

　　2. Starting from June 5, 2026, the prices of Jiulong premium kraft paper, Hailong premium kraft paper, Hailong premium kraft paper, and corrugated paper from the Chongqing base will be increased by 50 yuan/ton.

　　3. Starting from June 5, 2026, the price of corrugated paper at the Leshan base will be increased by 50 yuan/ton.

　　• Jiulong Beihai Base

　　Furthermore, starting June 1, 2026, the price of premium V-Nutrient carbide from Hailong and Dilong at the Beihai base will be increased by RMB/HKD 50/ton (USD 7/ton).
