Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. announced that it will revise prices for its liquid-packaging cartons and auxiliary materials, with the increase taking effect for deliveries from July 1, 2026.

The company said the revision will apply to liquid-packaging cartons and all related auxiliary materials. Prices will increase by more than 10%.

According to the company, the decision follows a significant rise in the cost of raw materials used in the production of liquid-packaging cartons and auxiliary materials. Nippon Paper Industries cited the recent tense situation in the Middle East as a factor contributing to the increase in raw material prices.

The company stated that it had become extremely difficult to absorb the higher costs through internal cost-reduction efforts alone, leading to the decision to implement the price revision.
