Oji Fibre Solutions (OjiFS) announced it has signed an agreement to sell Fullcircle, its nationwide wastepaper recycling business, to Northland Waste Limited. The ownership change is expected to take place on December 1, 2025, pending final conditions. This divestment follows the closure of Penrose Mill in December 2024 and the cessation of paper production at Kinleith Mill in June 2025, rendering Fullcircle no longer aligned with OjiFS’ long-term business model. This strategic move aims to streamline OjiFS for a sustainable future. Fullcircle will continue its operations of collecting, sorting, and baling wastepaper for offshore recycling under new ownership. OjiFS expressed gratitude to Fullcircle employees and optimism that Northland Waste’s expertise in recycling will unlock new growth potential for the business. The transition will prioritize uninterrupted customer service and a seamless handover.
