Oji Holdings Corporation Changes Representative Director Effective April 1

Oji Holdings Corporation announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on February 27, 2026, approved a change in the Representative Director position. The decision follows a report from the Nomination Committee and stems from adjustments to the management structure.

Masatoshi Kaku will transition from his current role as Representative Director & Chairman of the Board to Director of the Board. This change takes effect on April 1, 2026.
