PackEdge Inc., a Connecticut-based manufacturer of custom packaging, today announced the acquisition of Keno Graphics, a Shelton, CT-based commercial printing company. The move expands PackEdge’s capabilities beyond packaging into commercial printing, creating a more integrated, end-to-end solution for clients across New England and the Northeast.

The acquisition brings together PackEdge’s strengths in custom folding cartons, specialty die-cutting, and paper-to-board lamination with Keno Graphics’ expertise in offset and digital printing, bindery, mailing services, and large-format production. Together, the companies offer a streamlined approach—from packaging design through printing and mailing—reducing complexity for brands that rely on multiple vendors.

“Keno Graphics has long been more than a vendor to us—they are a trusted partner whose commitment to quality and customer service mirrors our own,” said Adam Aron, President of PackEdge. “Bringing them into the PackEdge family allows us to offer clients a truly end-to-end solution, from custom package design and die-cutting through commercial printing, mailing, and bindery services.”

The combined organization strengthens PackEdge’s position as a regional, U.S.-based manufacturing partner, grounded in a shared commitment of craftsmanship, customer service, and pride in Connecticut-made products, at a time when companies are prioritizing supply chain reliability, speed, and production control. Operations will remain in Connecticut, supporting clients across New England and the Northeast.

Keno Graphics will continue operating from its Shelton facility, maintaining its team of experienced professionals and master craftspeople. Customers can expect uninterrupted service, along with expanded access to PackEdge’s packaging and custom die-cutting capabilities.

“Joining the PackEdge family is the right next chapter for Keno Graphics,” said Bill Kennedy, Vice President of Keno Graphics. “We’ve always prided ourselves on exceptional print quality, personalized service, and on-time delivery. Now, backed by PackEdge’s expertise in custom packaging, we can offer our clients even greater value while continuing to deliver the same level of service they expect.”
