Prinzhorn Group has partnered with HERE Enterprise to deploy an AI-powered enterprise browser and digital workspace platform across its operations, beginning with its Hamburger Containerboard division.
The deployment marks HERE Enterprise's expansion into the industrial manufacturing sector. Under the agreement, Prinzhorn Group will implement a unified digital workspace designed to consolidate applications, workflows, and company content into a single operating environment.
According to the companies, the platform will enable operations teams to access production tools, equipment monitoring dashboards, maintenance workflows, and production schedules through one interface. The objective is to reduce the need to switch between multiple applications, improve workflow efficiency, and minimize manual handoffs.
The implementation is initially focused on Hamburger Containerboard, one of Europe's largest producers of containerboard manufactured from 100% recycled materials. The division's workforce includes production engineers, maintenance personnel, logistics teams, and supply chain staff.
The new digital workspace integrates with existing business applications, including Microsoft 365, and uses AI-powered features to surface relevant applications and guide employees through operational workflows. The companies said the system is intended to provide a consistent user experience across different roles and production sites.
The deployment is already live within Prinzhorn Group's internal application portal, with broader adoption expected during the third quarter as additional users and facilities are brought onto the platform.
Adam Toms, President of HERE Enterprise, said the partnership demonstrates how enterprise browser technology can be applied in manufacturing environments to simplify access to applications and workflows across factory and office operations.
Laszlo Paulik, Product Owner – Operation Excellence at Hamburger Containerboard, said the platform is expected to help employees access the appropriate applications more efficiently, streamline workflows, and improve information accessibility across the organization as part of the company's operational modernization efforts.
