Roses Southwest Papers has announced its expansion into the consumer tissue paper segment as part of a strategy to diversify its market presence and address growing demand for value-added retail tissue products.

Founded in 1984, the company has built its business in the Away-From-Home (AFH) tissue market, serving distributors and end users across the restaurant, hospitality, and commercial facilities sectors. Roses Southwest Papers said its growth has been supported by operational flexibility, private label capabilities, customer-focused product adaptation, and responsive service.

The move into the consumer tissue sector marks a new phase of growth for the company as it seeks to apply its established business model to a broader market. According to Roses Southwest Papers, its success in the AFH segment has been based on consistent product quality, responsive customer service, and long-term business relationships.

To support the expansion, the company has invested in an Andromeda converting line from Futura. The new equipment is expected to increase automation, expand production capacity, and enhance the quality of finished tissue products.

Roses Southwest Papers said the additional converting capacity will strengthen its position in the consumer market while also supporting strategic partnerships across the tissue industry. The company noted that the new infrastructure will enable it to provide converting services to partners seeking to expand or reinforce their operations.

More than 40 years after its establishment, Roses Southwest Papers continues to adapt its operations to changing market requirements while maintaining the business principles that have guided its development since 1984.
