Seshasayee Paper and Boards Advances Strategic Expansion as FY26 Consolidated PAT Reaches ₹0.83 Billion

Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, following the Board Meeting held on May 12, 2026.

The Company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹17.1 billion for FY2025-26 compared with ₹17.5 billion in the previous year. Standalone net profit after tax for the year stood at ₹0.68 billion.

On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for FY2025-26 stood at ₹17.1 billion, while consolidated profit after tax was ₹0.83 billion.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, standalone revenue from operations was ₹5.9 billion, with standalone profit after tax of ₹0.17 billion. Consolidated quarterly profit after tax stood at ₹0.26 billion.

The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹2 per equity share of face value ₹2 each for FY2025-26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Company’s statutory auditors, Suri & Co, Chartered Accountants, issued audit reports with unmodified opinions on both the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026.

Seshasayee Paper and Boards stated that paper continues to be its only reportable business segment.

The Company also provided an update on the acquisition of assets of Servalakshmi Paper Limited through the NCLT-approved e-auction process. Seshasayee Paper and Boards said it continues to take steps toward revival, refurbishment and recommencement of operations of the acquired assets.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 20, 2026.
