Shanxi Qiangwei Paper Industry Co., Ltd., with existing 100,000-ton annual capacity, has initiated public disclosure for its new 100,000-ton/year bleached chemimechanical pulp (APMP) project using waste wood as feedstock, producing pulp solely for internal papermaking at its south plant in Chaoyang Town, Shouyang County. The facility encompasses pulping systems plus auxiliary, storage and transport infrastructure, complying with China's environmental impact assessment public participation measures.
