Sichuan Jinfeng Paper Industry's Specialty Paper Project Passes Energy Review

On February 24, 2026, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology published a public notice regarding the energy conservation assessment report for the green energy-saving and intelligent manufacturing technology transformation project of Sichuan Jinfeng Paper Industry Co., Ltd. 　　Project Overview: The total investment for this project is 420 million yuan. The project involves energy conservation and equipment upgrades to the existing production lines, the construction of aluminum-free packaging paper and medical paper processing lines, a 1,500-square-meter intelligent automated warehouse, automatic packaging lines, and related supporting facilities, and the demolition and replacement of the existing 6,000-square-meter factory building. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 63,000 tons of specialty paper, including 35,000 tons/year of cigarette liner paper (base paper, aluminum-free), transfer printing paper, medical packaging paper (medical dialysis paper), and food packaging paper; 10,000 tons/year of cigarette paper, ordinary forming paper, and straw packaging paper; 5,000 tons/year of high-permeability forming paper, tea filter paper, and coffee filter paper; and 13,000 tons/year of cork base paper (tip paper base paper), low-basis-weight Bible paper, and cigarette paper.
