SIG Plant in Brazil Receives Sesi 2025 Trophy for Workplace Practices

SIG has been awarded the Sesi 2025 Trophy for its health, safety, and well-being practices, following an evaluation of its manufacturing unit in Campo Largo. The recognition is granted through an initiative led by Social Service of Industry in partnership with Great Place to Work.

The Campo Largo facility achieved a score of 94 in the assessment, reflecting what the company describes as a management model that integrates operational performance with employee well-being. The evaluation criteria focus on workplace health, safety standards, and broader well-being initiatives within industrial environments.

According to SIG, the award underscores its approach to aligning productivity with workforce care.
