Smurfit Westrock Announces Review of London Stock Exchange Listing

Smurfit Westrock plc today announced that it is undertaking a strategic review of its listing on the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”).

The review will assess the continued merits of maintaining the Company’s LSE listing. As part of this process, Smurfit Westrock is evaluating a range of factors, including trading liquidity, investor base, and administrative considerations. The outcome of the review may result in the Company delisting from the LSE.

Smurfit Westrock confirms that its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) is not within the scope of this review and will remain unchanged.

The Company expects to complete the review during May 2026 and will provide an update to shareholders following its conclusion.
