SunDance Adds New Production Facility to Enhance Operations in 2026

ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 30, 2026 – SunDance, a leading provider of commercial printing, packaging, and mailing solutions in the Southeastern U.S., serving national brands including Fortune 500 companies, announced an expansion of its manufacturing capabilities to meet ongoing client demand for expanded services and higher production volumes.​

The new production facility allows for more strategic organization of operations and service delivery, according to JohnHenry Ruggieri, SunDance President. "Adding this new production facility enables us to structure our operations and services more strategically," Ruggieri said. "The newest building houses our folding carton, finishing, and mailing functions and adds some much-needed office and meeting space. All three buildings are within a quick walk of each other, so we essentially have three plants under one roof."​

This expansion supports SunDance's adoption of new technologies to improve services and production efficiencies throughout 2026. The additional facility contains the latest Heidelberg commercial printers and the folding carton line equipped with inline camera systems for precise folding quality.​

One existing SunDance building maintains the large format printing operations, producing wide format materials for indoor and outdoor applications such as custom posters, wall wraps, point-of-sale displays, banners, and trade show booths. The original facility serves as headquarters with primary office and meeting areas, housing flexible packaging and commercial printing activities.​
