UK Watchdog Clears Suzano, Kimberly-Clark $3.4 Billion Joint Venture

The UK Competition and Markets Authority cleared the joint venture between paper and pulp producer Suzano International and consumer goods company Kimberly-Clark Corp.

The competition watchdog said Thursday it will not refer the transaction for a phase 2 probe. It launched the investigation in March.
