UPM sets 2026 reporting dates and AGM schedule

UPM-Kymmene has released its 2026 financial reporting calendar, confirming that the 2025 Financial Statements Release will be published on 4 February 2026, followed by quarterly and half-year reports on 29 April, 23 July and 28 October 2026, respectively, all around mid-morning EET/EEST. The 2025 Annual Report, including financial statements, Board of Directors’ Report and Sustainability Statement, will be available in English and Finnish as a PDF on UPM’s websites during week 10 of 2026, supporting transparent communication for investors and stakeholders. UPM also plans to hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting in Helsinki on 9 April 2026, giving shareholders a key forum to review strategy, governance and dividend decisions. The company, a €10.3 billion global material solutions player with around 15,800 employees, continues to position itself through renewable fibres, advanced materials, decarbonization solutions and communication papers.​
