U.S. Corrugated Packaging Manufacturer Deploys Six Aopack BM3000-HD Box Making Machines

A U.S.-based corrugated packaging manufacturer operating 15 facilities across six states in the Midwest and beyond has bolstered production by installing six BM3000-HD heavy-duty box making machines from Aopack at three plants. Deliveries occurred between March and June 2025, featuring customizations such as flexo printing, handle hole die-cutting, and inch-based measurement systems.​

The machines were placed at the following locations: two at La Porte, Indiana; two at Middletown, Ohio; and two at Van Wert, Ohio. This deployment enhances the company's ability to serve diverse packaging requirements efficiently.​

A spokesperson for the manufacturer stated, “The BM3000-HD machines have streamlined production and helped meet diverse packaging needs.” The company expressed plans to expand its Aopack machine fleet further to boost efficiency across U.S. operations.
