Velvet Care Launches New Paper Machine at Klucze Factory

Velvet Care sp. z o.o. began operations of a state-of-the-art paper machine at its Klucze factory in mid-December 2025. This addition brings the plant to four machines total, boosting production capacity by 40 percent.

The new machine features a 5.6-meter width and shoe press technology from Valmet. Construction involved 1320 tons of steel and 15,000 cubic meters of concrete. Each tambor holds 120 kilometers of tissue paper.

The Klucze facility now produces 210 thousand tons of tissue paper annually, serving as raw material for toilet paper, towels, and tissues. The technology adheres to top environmental and quality standards, achieving high productivity with reduced gas, water, and energy use.
